		<description>&lt;p&gt;Lisa, thanks for noticing our nofollow post. The motivation for that was that we were tired of trying to explain the theory to clients and figured a blog post with visuals was in order. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;And if you wear our robots.txt shirt you will block alot of that boy spam, duh! Remember the Disallow: /cheesy-guys and Disallow: /douchebags? That should pretty much account for that 30%! :-)&lt;/p&gt;
