Guy&#039;s tweet about DIRECTV was well over a year ago - long before it was cool for a company to be listening on Twitter. When I saw his post, I asked my VP to reach out to him to understand how we might do a better job.  &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The conversation was constructive and clearly made an impression in the moment, but never expected it to show up in a keynote address -- let alone so long after the fact.&lt;/p&gt;
