Good resource. User-generated content has become the most significant online means for small to medium business promotion. BizReport discovered that 92% say reviews influence their buying decisions. Even further, last year, Marketing Sherpa found that 84% trust peer reviews over expert reviews. IBM's report was prescient.
I've been working with a company called customer Lobby that works to assist service businesses with reviews acquisition and management.
Businesses are intimidated by social content on their company. The early adopters in numerous industries have embraced user-generated content and social media with the ROI to reward them.

Nice post. I guess the development of the blogosphere is the most important factor that has lead to the leveling of the playing field. Now WAHMs (work-at-home-mums) are competing with the big players for a piece of that advertising pie.

I think a good makeover for my blog would be to get lucky enough to have two pretty authors pics on my sidebar :)
Well I see soon enough there is going to be another amazing shift in media if people and businesses are not on someone's handheld device they won't exist.
Once the high speed satellites are available people will get service for free in exchange to being exposed to ads that they choose to watch listen to and interact with :)
This time next year :) watch
Nice writing stumbled
