Hello Jessica Lee, thanks for your article. The discrepancy between Marketers and Consumers is quite concerning as demonstrated in your graph. As someone running a small business – nothing has been more beneficial than offering my clients great service, which turns into word of mouth and thus referrals, and simple leaflet drops.
