Based on 17 years of experience in search industry evolution and practice, we know how search works! Our SEO classes and optional SEO certification program are constantly updated with new topics and methodologies. 

Our full course is 4.5 days and covers more than 440 slides. Our lessons address the changing face of SEO and Internet marketing as a whole, yet always teach the white hat methodologies BCI is known for. This is what provides lasting value to a website strategy.

We offer two distinct search engine optimization training courses. Choose our three-day “Standard” training or add-on our day-and-a-half “Advanced” certification to take both SEO classes in one trip. Each class offers a unique education, but are meant to be taken in sequence; the Standard course is a prerequisite for the Advanced training and SEO certification test. 

Our Standard SEO training is packed full of fundamental SEO, technical information, and tried and true methodologies – plus an introduction of other Web marketing disciplines and how they play into SEO. This is a course that works well for marketing, Web and IT personnel, site owners and managers, and anyone responsible for organic traffic. Our SEO classroom training teaches you how to use the tools you’ll need to fuel your SEO strategy. 

Included in your registration is a 12-month membership to the SEOToolSet® -- our proprietary SaaS tools that empower your SEO. And during your time with us, you’ll learn how to use our tools. 

Version 5 of our tools offers unique data and is better and faster than other tools. The Pro edition of the tools gives you several domains, six users and tracking for 100 keywords. This subscription alone is valued at (3 domains x $30/mo x 12 months) over a thousand dollars, but is yours free for a full year when you take the SEOToolSet Standard training. The advanced course gets even more domains, almost as much as the course fees.

Our “Advanced” search engine optimization training course leading to optional SEO Certification is for those who want a more complex look into the practice, the technical “back end” of SEO, and who plan on being “power users” of our SEO tools. This SEO training is for those who wish to become an SEOToolSet certified analyst (upon passing a test after classroom SEO training). 

The road to SEO certification is comprised of two SEO classes, starting with the Standard course and continuing with the Advanced training, taken in succession in our SEO classroom during the same week or at a later date. 

Certification offers many benefits including joining our reference network of industry peers. We often refer business to our certified SEOToolSet analysts if they run a marketing business and a propsect is not a fit for our services. 

Certification also offers the right to display our certification seal on your website and other marketing materials; this is an industry-recognized standard of excellence and commitment to white hat SEO practices.

Both SEO classes offer unique perks: an intimate and interactive classroom where questions are encouraged; breaks and lunches that are great for networking or talking directly with Bruce Clay about your website; a chance to be interviewed for BCI’s YouTube video series; special guests; and much more. 

Both search engine optimization training courses are taught in the same week, so many students find it cost-effective for travel expenses to take advantage of the full week classroom SEO training. 

However, for those who are local, taking the Advanced SEO training and SEO certification at least a month after the Standard course allows time for the tactics learned in our SEO classroom to be applied, giving added perspective.
