Terms & Permissions
Bruce Clay SEO Training courses are open to business professionals 18 years and over only. Management may request a business card and photo ID prior to admission.
You may cancel your attendance in an open seating training session by notifying our registration department by fax at (805) 517-1919 or sending email to firstname.lastname@example.org by two weeks prior to the class start date. Your registration will be refunded less a $100 processing fee. Cancellations made within two weeks of your scheduled class date are non-refundable.
You may transfer your registration to another person in your company at any time by notifying email@example.com.
Reselling SEOToolSet™ subscriptions or SEO Training registrations is not permitted.
Bruce Clay, Inc. reserves the right to make any changes it deems necessary to this program. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to retain instructors and schedules. However, unforeseen circumstances may result in the substitution of either the instructor or a change in the schedule or location.
Bruce Clay, Inc. assumes no liability for the acts of its suppliers or for the safety of any Bruce Clay, Inc. program participant while traveling to or from our events. The total liability during the training will be limited to a refund of the class fee or two thousand USA dollars, whichever is less. By registering for a Bruce Clay, Inc. SEO Training event, you agree to receive email notifications about future events and other Bruce Clay, Inc. products and services. We will stop emails upon request.
Bruce Clay, Inc. reserves the right to use photographs of any training attendee in promotional materials. SEO Training sessions may be audio and/or video recorded without special permission but only for the internal use of Bruce Clay, Inc. and their international offices. Short audio and video clips not specific to any one student may be used for website, promotion, blogging and press coverage of the Bruce Clay SEO Training course. As a general guide, non-contiguous clips of under three minutes should be used. Contact us if you need guidance about longer clips.
