ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Acquisition of new business from the leads provided by the company and through own efforts.
  • Planning and developing strategies for key accounts, should lead with ability to work autonomously to strategically plan.
  • Develop, implement, and optimize online marketing campaigns for corporate brand and ecommerce initiatives.
  • Track performance relative to targets and refine to optimize results.
  • Recommend and manage full year media campaign calendar and appropriate marketing tactics.
  • Must be able to think out of the box, willingness to learn and must be detail oriented.
  • Undertake market and competitor research and analysis.
  • Keep up-to-date with search engine technology, methods, tools and news by reading relevant industry publications.
  • To develop and build the overall positioning strategies and to sustain the same through various marketing tools.
  • Planning marketing budgets and meeting these budgets without compromising the impact of the communication.
  • Strategizing future growth for the company both in terms of sales and visibility.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Digital marketing experience, Social Media Marketing, interactive or ecommerce experience (including minimum of 3 years in a digital marketing agency)

The Account Manager is responsible for managing client projects, maintaining client satisfaction and coordinating communication. Must be detail oriented, a fast learner, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Conduct regular project meetings with the client and internally to maintain understanding of project’s current status.
  • Prepare agenda, meeting invitations, schedule changes and general project recollection.
  • Coordinates client contact via emails, meetings, conference calls, etc.
  • Takes complete and accurate minutes of each communication, and produces prompt summaries for clients and teams.
  • Ensure the project is running on track. Track and prepare executive briefings and report on client project status.
  • Manage and solve conflicts with Clients.
  • Ability to present the project (technical/non-technical aspects) to Clients in a professional and effective manner.
  • Produces immediate and appropriate alerts to management of all cases where there is any dissatisfaction or delivery issues with project deliverables.
  • Always be on the lookout for an opportunity to cross-sell and up-sell client’s projects.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • 3 to 4 years of work experience, preferably in digital marketing including SEO, SEM/PPC and Social Media Marketing.
  • Excellent planning, analytical, conceptual and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage changing requirements and short timelines, as well as multiple overlapping projects simultaneously.

SEO Manager

The SEO Manager is responsible for managing accounts of all sizes. The SEO Manager is required to consult with clients on all aspects of SEO, including on-page SEO, technical SEO, creative off-page strategies and Google Analytics.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Consulting to clients on all aspects of SEO, including on-page SEO tactics such as keyword research, meta tags, SEO site architecture, internal linking, etc.
  • Perform SEO technical analysis and evaluation including analyzing HTML code and CMS optimization, link analysis and link strategies, for which creative, out-of-the-box thinking is necessary
  • Develop content based on content gaps or potential opportunities
  • Complete detailed website audits
  • Competitor research and analysis
  • Keep up to date with latest industry developments, news, tools, etc.
  • Manage accounts of all sizes from blue chip MNCs to smaller SMEs
  • Maintain regular communication with the client through conference calls, meetings and emails
  • Prepare monthly progress reports which tracks the clients progress and also provide useful recommendations to the client
  • Prepare and present client documents, which may include presentations in PowerPoint, Excel or Word

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • The ideal candidate would have 5+ years work experience and would have worked hands-on in the SEO field through that time
  • Excellent planning, analytical, conceptual and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage changing requirements and short timelines, as well as multiple overlapping projects simultaneously
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Self-motivated, with a well-developed ability to grasp assignments and execute them from inception to completion
  • Strong MS Office skills especially in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience developing strong relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Experience using SEO tools such as Google Analytics and other industry tools such as Google Keyword Planner
