Bruce Clay, Inc. Brings SEO Training to ad:tech
First-ever training course on Search Engine Optimization sells out
SIMI VALLEY, CA, April 22, 2010 – The ad:tech conference held in San Francisco this week included a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Training Program presented by Internet marketing company Bruce Clay, Inc. The program marks the first time that an SEO training workshop has been offered on an ad:tech agenda, and attendance exceeded expectations by 50%.
“The ad:tech conference committee saw a need and met it,” observed Bruce Clay, president of Bruce Clay, Inc. “There’s a greater awareness of SEO as an essential factor in business success. Companies today realize that if new customers cannot find their website, their business may not survive. Retail statistics even during the last few recessionary years show that what growth there has been, has occurred online.”
Ad:tech conferences attract a broad audience of digital marketers. At ad:tech San Francisco 2009, there was a session on SEO led by a panel of experts including Bruce Clay. Audience response was high enough that in planning this year’s event, ad:tech decided to expand the SEO topic and offer a training course.
Bruce Clay, Inc. was a natural choice to provide the SEO Training Program.
The company offers a similar one-day SEO Training course at the major search-industry
national conferences Search Engine Strategies (SES) and Search Marketing Expo
(SMX). All of its one-day courses are derived from the acclaimed SEOToolSet® Training
Course that has helped thousands of people learn proven SEO methodology for
optimizing a website in a way that is ethical and search engine-friendly.
“It was a privilege to bring SEO training to a wider audience,” said Mr. Clay. “The high turnout for our ad:tech training shows that search engine optimization is now a top business priority, from the CEO and CMO level down.”
